What happens at a free in-home assessment?
We come to the home, usually for under an hour. We look at the stairs, the bathroom, the medication list, and the daily routine, we talk with the person who needs care, and we leave you with a written plan and a rate. It is free and there is no obligation.

How soon will someone get back to me?
Call (919) 249-1607 for anything time-sensitive, especially a hospital discharge. A phone call reaches us faster than any form, and if we are with a client, leave a message with the situation and a callback number.
What should I have ready for the assessment?
The medication list, a rough picture of the daily routine, any recent hospital or discharge paperwork, and the names of the people who will be part of the decision. None of it is mandatory, and missing pieces will not stop us from coming out.
