What does a caregiver at Loyalty Residence Care do?
You assist clients in their own homes with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship. Shifts are daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and live-in, depending on current client needs.
Personal care
Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and continence care, done at the client's pace and with their dignity intact.
Mobility and transfers
Safe assistance between bed, chair, bathroom, and vehicle, using proper body mechanics that protect you as well as the client.
Meals and housekeeping
Cooking to dietary requirements, dishes, laundry, and keeping walking paths clear.
Medication reminders
Prompting on schedule and reporting refusals or missed doses promptly.
Transportation
Rides to medical appointments, therapy, and errands.
Observation and reporting
Noticing changes and telling us about them early. This is the part that separates a good caregiver from an adequate one.

What does a caregiver at Loyalty Residence Care actually do?
Depending on the client, you assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and transportation to appointments. Many shifts also involve companionship and monitoring, particularly with dementia and epilepsy clients.
Do I need a certification to apply?
Tell us what you hold when you apply. Certification requirements depend on the client and the tasks the plan calls for, and we will be straight with you about what a given assignment requires.
Do you run background checks?
Yes. Every applicant consents to a criminal background check and to verification of three professional references, and both are completed before hire. This is not negotiable.
What shifts are available?
Daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and live-in schedules, depending on current client needs. Tell us your real availability rather than the availability you think we want to hear.
